Happy Holidays!


The holidays this year has been FABULOUS! I've started the venture of establishing my at home bakery, called Baker Chix and there just aren't enough words to express how much I am in gratitude for my family and friends that have supported me along the way.

Christmas is around the corner, and I have been a baking fool. So far my favorite thing to make this year has been my Death by Chocolate Cake. Yes you can actually go into a chocolate coma from eating this delectable dessert. It's a rich dark chocolate cake with mocha frosting, covered in ganache. I made this cake for a  friends fundraising party. To make it just a bit more special I put hazelnut filled rolled chocolate wafers. YUM!
